You guys who dig ebooks

Where’s your favorite place to obtain them?

Anonymous asked: Where are you from?

New England! (go Pats!)

New Watson likes jam.

rogersplaidpants asked: Have you ever read The Last of the Really Great Whangdoodles by Julie Andrews? I feel like you'd really like it.

Julie Andrews! Holy bananas. It’s on my to-read list now!

bzahhh asked: Were you ever into Animorphs as a kid? Boxcar Children? Goosebumps?? What's your favorite genre?

I don’t remember Animorphs, but I totally read every Boxcar Children and Goosebumps book I could get my hands on. My favorite genre, though, is fantasy. I just like when an author can create an entire new world for her characters.

Anonymous asked: What about the Sammy Keyes series? Juvenile fiction, but definitely worth checking out. Strong female heroine in a book for younger kids is always awesome.

Hmm, I haven’t heard of these either, but I will confess mysteries aren’t usually my favorite. Except Nate the Great. I loved Nate the Great.

I DON’T CARE WHAT HAPPENED ON GLEE BECAUSE I DON’T WATCH GLEE! THIS IS NOT A DIFFICULT CONCEPT!

readingtakesmeaway asked: Jillian Jiggs?

Nope…

Anonymous asked: If you could erase one book from the world forever, what book would it be? And it can't be a Twilight book.

Listen to me when I tell you this, my friend. By no means have I read anywhere near all the books in the world. But I still feel like I can safely say that the Twilight books are the WORST books that have ever been widely read. I have read a lot of other books that I didn’t like, but Twilight is not just a terrible story, it is TERRIBLY written. Teenagers write better fan fiction than that shit.

If there’s something you think is worse than Twilight, please tell me about it, because I have really gone through my memory of books, and nothing even comes close to how horrible those books are.

rogersplaidpants asked: Thoughts on Ella Enchanted?

Oh dear, I’ve never read this one either. I’m not entirely sure what it’s about. My expertise is a lie!

combatbootsandnothingelse asked: Have you heard of Mr. Boffin or The Three-Legged Cat? Those were my favourite books as a child.

Aw, I haven’t! There are a lot of children’s books I’ve never heard of, I’m sad to say.

booasaur replied to your post: do you have any picture book recommendations i can read to children and why you chose them? thank you :)

No King Bidgood’s in the Bathtub? :(

Oh no! I’ve never heard of that one!

rogersplaidpants asked: This isn't a question about books, but you should check out the website bookseer.

Oh man, this looks fun! Thanks for the info!

readingtakesmeaway replied to your link: Please. Ask me about books. Nothing makes me happier.
